Rolobox has been awarded the most Eco-friendly Gift, in the Gift of the Year 2011 awards.
This ingenious invention takes kids back to basics, encompassing their fascination with the trusty cardboard box. The wheels can be fixed to any cardboard box, turning it into a little cart or pull along. And when the box inevitably breaks, you just take the wheels off and fix them on to another box.
The kit comprises a plastic chassis and wheel assembly which fits to the corner of a box using 3 plastic bolts and wing nuts. They are sold in sets of 4 so a kit provides all you need to build your own vehicle. And with the addition of a paint brush and a little imagination you can have a fire engine or London bus.
Rolobox is being marketed through Flair in Europe and fits well within their creative play category.
